Zenyatta is a retired American Thoroughbred racehorse known for her remarkable achievements on the racetrack. Born in 2007, she became famous for winning 19 consecutive races, a record that includes victories in prestigious events like the Breeders' Cup Classic. Zenyatta was trained by John Shirreffs and owned by Ann and Jerry Moss.
Zenyatta is notable for her unique racing style, often coming from behind to win. Her impressive performances earned her numerous awards, including the title of Horse of the Year in 2010. After retiring in 2010, she became a popular figure in horse racing and was inducted into the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame in 2016.
