Youth Ministry
Youth Ministry is a branch of church work focused on engaging and supporting young people, typically ranging from middle school to high school age. It aims to help them grow in their faith, build community, and develop leadership skills. Activities often include Bible studies, retreats, and social events that encourage spiritual growth and fellowship among peers.
In addition to spiritual development, Youth Ministry often addresses relevant issues faced by young people, such as relationships, mental health, and social justice. Leaders in this ministry, often called youth pastors or youth leaders, provide guidance and mentorship, fostering a safe environment for open discussions and personal growth.
