Yonge-University Line
The Yonge-University Line is a major subway line in Toronto, Canada. It runs from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre in the north to Union Station in the south, covering a distance of approximately 38 kilometers. This line is known for being one of the busiest in the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) network.
Opened in stages between 1954 and 1978, the Yonge-University Line connects several key neighborhoods and transit hubs. It serves important locations such as York University, St. George Station, and Bay Station, facilitating easy access for commuters and residents throughout the city.
