X-ray Devices
X-ray devices are medical imaging tools that use X-rays, a form of electromagnetic radiation, to create images of the inside of the body. These images help doctors diagnose and monitor various conditions, such as fractures, infections, and tumors. The process is quick and non-invasive, making it a common procedure in hospitals and clinics.
The X-ray machine consists of a tube that produces X-rays and a detector that captures the images. When the X-rays pass through the body, they are absorbed by different tissues at varying levels, resulting in a detailed image. Safety measures, such as lead aprons, are used to protect patients from unnecessary radiation exposure.
