Woolly Mammoths
The Woolly Mammoth was a large, hairy elephant-like creature that lived during the last Ice Age. They were well-adapted to cold environments, with long, curved tusks and a thick coat of fur. These mammals roamed across the northern parts of North America, Europe, and Asia.
Woolly Mammoths primarily fed on grasses, shrubs, and other vegetation. They lived in herds and were social animals. Their extinction occurred around 4,000 years ago, likely due to a combination of climate change and hunting by early humans, who were part of the Paleolithic era.
