Wire Production
Wire production involves the process of creating metal wire from raw materials, typically using metals like copper, aluminum, or steel. The production begins with melting the metal and forming it into billets or rods. These are then heated and drawn through a series of dies to reduce their diameter and increase their length, resulting in the desired wire thickness.
After drawing, the wire may undergo additional processes such as annealing to improve flexibility or coating for protection against corrosion. The final product is then spooled or cut into lengths, ready for use in various applications, including electrical wiring, construction, and manufacturing.
