William II of Montferrat
William II of Montferrat was a nobleman who ruled the March of Montferrat in northern Italy during the late 12th century. He was the son of William I of Montferrat and Judith of Babenberg. William II's marriage to Cecilia of Susa helped solidify his power. He died in 1292, leaving a legacy that contributed to the ongoing history of the Montferrat dynasty.
