William Beauclerk, 9th Duke of St Albans, was born on March 24, 1970. He is a British nobleman and the current holder of the title of Duke of St Albans, which was created in 1711. The title is part of the Peerage of the United Kingdom and is associated with the Beauclerk family, descendants of Charles Beauclerk, the 1st Duke. Educated at Eton College and University College London, the Duke has been involved in various charitable activities and business ventures. He succeeded to the dukedom in 1990 after the death of his father, William Beauclerk, 8th Duke of St Albans.
