Wilhelmina of Denmark
Wilhelmina of Denmark was a Danish princess born on April 18, 1870. She was the daughter of King Frederick VIII of Denmark and Queen Louise of Denmark. Wilhelmina became known for her charitable work and dedication to social causes throughout her life.
In 1892, she married Prince Carl of Sweden, who later became King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden. Together, they had three children. Wilhelmina's contributions to Danish society and her royal duties helped strengthen the ties between Denmark and Sweden during her lifetime. She passed away on March 28, 1958.
