Wilhelm Maybach
Wilhelm Maybach was a German engineer and industrial designer, born on February 9, 1846. He is best known for his significant contributions to the automotive industry, particularly in the development of luxury vehicles. Maybach worked closely with Gottlieb Daimler, and together they created some of the first high-speed gasoline engines.
In 1909, Maybach founded the Maybach Motorenbau GmbH company, which produced luxury cars and engines. His designs emphasized performance and elegance, making Maybach vehicles highly sought after. Today, the Maybach brand is synonymous with luxury and innovation in the automotive world.
