Whist
Whist is a classic card game typically played by four players in two partnerships. The game uses a standard deck of 52 cards, and the objective is to win as many tricks as possible. Players take turns playing one card each, and the highest card of the leading suit wins the trick.
The game is played in several rounds, with each round consisting of a predetermined number of tricks. Players score points based on the number of tricks their partnership wins. Whist has influenced many modern card games, including Bridge and Hearts.
