Westwood Studios
Westwood Studios was an American video game developer founded in 1985, best known for creating the popular Command & Conquer series. The studio played a significant role in popularizing the real-time strategy (RTS) genre, combining engaging gameplay with cinematic storytelling.
In 1998, Westwood Studios was acquired by Electronic Arts, which led to the development of several successful titles. Despite its success, the studio was closed in 2003, but its legacy continues to influence game design and development in the industry.
