West Falkland
West Falkland is one of the two main islands that make up the Falkland Islands, located in the South Atlantic Ocean. It is the larger of the two islands and is known for its rugged terrain, including hills and valleys, as well as its diverse wildlife, such as penguins and seabirds.
The island has a small population, primarily engaged in farming and fishing. The main settlement is Fox Bay, which serves as a hub for the local community. West Falkland is less developed than its counterpart, East Falkland, offering a more remote and natural environment for visitors and residents alike.
