Wat Chedi Luang
Wat Chedi Luang is a historic Buddhist temple located in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Built in the 14th century, it was originally constructed to house the ashes of King Kuena. The temple features a large chedi, or stupa, which was once the tallest structure in the city.
The chedi stands at 60 meters high and is adorned with intricate carvings and sculptures. Although it suffered damage from an earthquake in the 16th century, restoration efforts have preserved its beauty. Today, Wat Chedi Luang remains an important spiritual site and a popular destination for tourists.
