Waldeck-Pyrmont
Waldeck-Pyrmont was a small German principality located in the central part of Germany. It existed from the early 19th century until the end of World War I in 1918. The region was known for its picturesque landscapes, including forests and hills, and had a rich cultural heritage.
The principality was formed through the union of two territories: Waldeck and Pyrmont. Its capital was the town of Bad Pyrmont, famous for its spa facilities. After the dissolution of the monarchy, Waldeck-Pyrmont became part of the newly established Free State of Waldeck within the Weimar Republic.
