Volodymyr Groysman is a Ukrainian politician who served as the Prime Minister of Ukraine from April 2016 to August 2019. He was born on January 20, 1978, in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. Before becoming Prime Minister, Groysman held various positions, including the Mayor of Vinnytsia and the Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament, known as the Verkhovna Rada. Groysman is a member of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, a political party in Ukraine.
