Vishnu Avatars
The concept of "Vishnu Avatars" refers to the ten principal incarnations of the Hindu god Vishnu, who is known as the preserver and protector of the universe. These avatars are believed to descend to Earth in various forms to restore cosmic order and protect dharma (righteousness). The ten avatars are collectively known as the Dashavatara and include well-known forms such as Rama and Krishna.
Each avatar represents a different aspect of Vishnu and addresses specific challenges faced by humanity. For example, Matsya (the fish) saved humanity from a great flood, while Narasimha (the man-lion) protected his devotee from a tyrant. These stories illustrate the divine intervention of Vishnu in maintaining balance in the world.
