Virginia Tech Shooting
The Virginia Tech shooting occurred on April 16, 2007, at Virginia Tech, a public university in Blacksburg, Virginia. A gunman, identified as Seung-Hui Cho, opened fire on students and faculty, resulting in the deaths of 32 individuals and injuring many others. It remains one of the deadliest school shootings in U.S. history.
