Vilya
Vilya is one of the three Elven Rings of Power in J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle-earth legendarium. Known as the Ring of Sapphire, it is associated with the element of air and is said to possess great power, particularly in the realm of protection and preservation. Vilya was originally forged by the Elven smiths of Eregion and was later given to Elrond, the Lord of Rivendell.
The ring is described as having a blue stone set in it, symbolizing its connection to the sky and the healing properties it embodies. Vilya plays a significant role in the events of The Lord of the Rings, aiding in the defense of Rivendell and the preservation of its beauty and tranquility.
