Utah Governor
The Utah Governor is the head of the executive branch of the state government in Utah. This position is responsible for enforcing state laws, overseeing the state budget, and managing various state agencies. The governor also has the power to sign or veto legislation passed by the Utah State Legislature.
Elected for a four-year term, the governor can serve a maximum of two consecutive terms. The governor plays a key role in addressing state issues, representing Utah at the national level, and working with local governments. The current governor, as of 2023, is Spencer Cox.
