Ursula Burns
Ursula Burns is an American businesswoman known for her role as the CEO of Xerox from 2009 to 2016. She made history as the first Black woman to lead a Fortune 500 company. Burns began her career at Xerox as a summer intern in 1980 and steadily rose through the ranks, holding various engineering and leadership positions.
In addition to her work at Xerox, Burns has served on the boards of several organizations, including American Express and Uber. She is also recognized for her advocacy in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, inspiring many future leaders in the business world.
