Unsanded Grout
Unsanded grout is a type of grout used primarily for filling narrow joints between tiles. It is made from a mixture of cement, water, and fine sand, but it lacks the sand particles that are found in sanded grout. This makes it ideal for joints that are 1/8 inch wide or less, as it can easily flow into tight spaces without clumping.
Because unsanded grout is smoother and less abrasive, it is often recommended for delicate surfaces like glass tiles or ceramic tiles. It also provides a more polished finish, making it a popular choice for indoor applications, such as in bathrooms and kitchens.
