Udo Jürgens
Udo Jürgens was an Austrian singer and composer, born on September 30, 1934, in Klagenfurt, Austria. He gained fame in the 1960s and became one of the most successful German-speaking artists. Jürgens was known for his catchy melodies and poignant lyrics, often addressing themes of love and life. He represented Austria in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1966, where he won with his song "Merci Chérie."
