Udhayanidhi Stalin is an Indian actor, producer, and politician, known for his work in the Tamil film industry. He was born on November 27, 1977, and is the son of M.K. Stalin, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and the grandson of M. Karunanidhi, a prominent political leader. Udhayanidhi made his acting debut in 2012 and has since appeared in several successful films. In addition to his film career, Udhayanidhi is actively involved in politics as a member of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party. He has held various positions within the party and was elected as a Member of the Legislative Assembly in 2021, representing the Chennai South constituency.
