USS New York (LPD-21)
The USS New York (LPD-21) is a San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship of the United States Navy. Commissioned in 2009, it is designed to support amphibious operations and can transport and land Marines, their equipment, and supplies. The ship is named in honor of the state of New York and features advanced technology for enhanced operational capabilities.
