USA Freedom Corps
The USA Freedom Corps is a program established in 2002 by President George W. Bush to encourage volunteerism and community service across the United States. Its mission is to promote civic engagement and strengthen the spirit of service among Americans, especially in the wake of the events of September 11, 2001.
The initiative connects individuals with various service opportunities, including AmeriCorps, Senior Corps, and the Peace Corps. By fostering a culture of volunteerism, the USA Freedom Corps aims to address community needs and enhance the quality of life in local areas through collective efforts and dedicated service.
