UAE flag
The UAE flag features three horizontal stripes of red, green, and black, with a vertical white stripe on the hoist side. The colors represent Arab unity and are inspired by the Pan-Arab colors. Red symbolizes bravery, green represents hope, white stands for peace, and black signifies strength.
Adopted on December 2, 1971, the UAE flag was designed by Abdullah Mohammed Al Maainah. It is flown on national holidays and special occasions, reflecting the identity and pride of the United Arab Emirates. The flag is a symbol of unity among the seven emirates that make up the nation.
