U.S. European Command
U.S. European Command (EUCOM) is one of the eleven unified combatant commands of the United States Department of Defense. Established in 1952, its primary mission is to provide military support and ensure the security of U.S. interests in Europe, parts of Asia, and the Arctic. EUCOM works closely with NATO and other allies to promote stability and respond to crises in the region.
The command is headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, and oversees a wide range of military operations, including training exercises and humanitarian missions. EUCOM also collaborates with various nations to enhance military readiness and strengthen partnerships, ensuring a collective defense against potential threats.
