Transitional Governments
A transitional government is a temporary political structure established to guide a country from one form of governance to another, often following a period of conflict, revolution, or significant political change. Its primary role is to maintain stability, ensure public order, and prepare for future elections or a new constitution.
These governments typically consist of a mix of political groups and representatives from various sectors of society, aiming to create an inclusive environment. Transitional governments may be formed in response to crises, such as during the aftermath of a civil war or the overthrow of a regime, and are often supported by international organizations like the United Nations.
