Traditional Engines
Traditional engines, often referred to as internal combustion engines, convert fuel into mechanical energy. They work by igniting a mixture of fuel and air within a cylinder, causing a small explosion that pushes a piston. This movement turns the crankshaft, ultimately powering vehicles like cars and motorcycles.
These engines typically run on fossil fuels such as gasoline or diesel. While they have been the standard for many years, concerns about environmental impact and efficiency have led to the development of alternative technologies, including electric engines and hybrid systems, which aim to reduce emissions and improve fuel economy.
