Towel Production
Towel production begins with the selection of raw materials, primarily cotton or microfiber. These fibers are spun into yarn, which is then woven into fabric using machines. The weaving process creates the absorbent texture that towels are known for. After weaving, the fabric is dyed and treated to enhance its softness and durability.
Once the fabric is ready, it is cut into the desired towel sizes, such as bath towels or hand towels. The edges are often hemmed to prevent fraying. Finally, the towels are packaged and shipped to retailers, ready for consumers to purchase and use in their daily lives.
