Three Wise Men
The "Three Wise Men," also known as the "Magi," were visitors who traveled from the East to honor the birth of Jesus Christ. They are traditionally described as wise scholars or astrologers who followed a bright star, known as the Star of Bethlehem, to find the newborn king.
According to the Gospel of Matthew, the Wise Men brought three gifts: gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Each gift held symbolic meaning, with gold representing royalty, frankincense signifying divinity, and myrrh foreshadowing suffering. Their journey is celebrated in the Christian tradition during the feast of Epiphany.
