Thomas King
Thomas King is a Canadian author, storyteller, and academic known for his contributions to Indigenous literature. He was born on April 24, 1943, in Sacramento, California, and is of Cherokee descent. King has written novels, short stories, and essays that often explore themes of identity, culture, and the experiences of Indigenous peoples in North America.
In addition to his writing, Thomas King is a professor and has taught at various universities, including the University of Guelph. He is also recognized for his work in radio and television, where he has shared Indigenous stories and perspectives.
