The Zutons
The Zutons were a British rock band formed in 2001 in Liverpool. The group consisted of lead vocalist Dave McCabe, guitarist Boyan Chowdhury, bassist Toby Kidd, saxophonist Ruth Jones, and drummer Sean Payne. They gained popularity in the mid-2000s with their unique blend of rock, punk, and soul influences.
Their debut album, Who Killed...... The Zutons?, released in 2004, featured hit singles like "Valerie" and "Pressure Point." The band was known for their energetic performances and distinctive sound, which included prominent saxophone melodies. They disbanded in 2008 but left a lasting impact on the British music scene.
