The Verve
The Verve is a British rock band formed in 1990 in Wigan, England. The Verve's original lineup included lead vocalist Richard Ashcroft, guitarist Nick McCabe, bassist Simon Jones, and drummer Pete Salisbury. After disbanding in 1999, they reunited in 2007, releasing the album "Forth." The band is considered influential in the Britpop movement alongside groups like Oasis and Blur.
