The Constantines
The Constantines were a Canadian rock band formed in 2001 in Guelph, Ontario. Known for their energetic performances and a blend of indie rock and post-punk influences, the band gained a dedicated following. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2003, showcasing their distinctive sound and lyrical depth.
The band consisted of members Bryan Webb, Steve Lambke, Gordie Johnson, Will Kidman, and Evan Gordon. Over the years, they released several albums, including Shine a Light and Tournament of Hearts, earning critical acclaim and nominations for various music awards in Canada. The Constantines disbanded in 2010 but reunited for special performances.
