Thames Ironworks F.C.
Thames Ironworks F.C. was a football club based in London, founded in 1895. The club was established by workers from the Thames Ironworks, a shipbuilding company, and played in various local leagues. They were known for their distinctive blue and white colors and had a strong community following.
In 1900, Thames Ironworks F.C. merged with West Ham United, which became one of the most successful clubs in English football. Although the original club ceased to exist, its legacy continues through West Ham, which honors its roots and the history of the area.
