Target Canada
Target Canada was a subsidiary of the American retail giant Target Corporation, which aimed to expand its operations into Canada. Launched in 2013, it opened 124 stores across the country, offering a variety of products including clothing, electronics, and groceries.
However, Target Canada faced numerous challenges, including supply chain issues and a lack of inventory. These problems led to disappointing sales, and by early 2015, the company announced its decision to close all Canadian locations, marking a significant retreat from the Canadian market.
