Tangrams
Tangrams are a dissection puzzle originating from China, consisting of seven flat pieces called tans. These tans can be arranged to form various shapes, including animals, people, and objects. The goal is to create a specific shape using all seven pieces without overlapping them.
The puzzle is believed to have been introduced to the West in the early 19th century and has since become popular worldwide. Tangrams are often used in educational settings to develop spatial awareness, problem-solving skills, and creativity in both children and adults.
