Tammy Baldwin
Tammy Baldwin is an American politician serving as the junior United States Senator from Wisconsin since 2013. She is a member of the Democratic Party and was the first woman elected to the Senate from Wisconsin. Before her Senate career, Baldwin served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1999 to 2013.
Baldwin is known for her advocacy on issues such as healthcare, education, and civil rights. She has worked to promote policies that support working families and has been a strong proponent of LGBTQ+ rights, being the first openly gay U.S. Senator.
