Tachographs
A tachograph is a device used in vehicles, particularly in commercial transport, to record driving time, speed, and distance. It helps ensure that drivers comply with regulations regarding working hours and rest periods, promoting road safety and fair competition among transport companies.
Tachographs can be either analog or digital. Analog tachographs use a paper disc to record data, while digital tachographs store information electronically. Both types are essential for monitoring driver behavior and vehicle performance, helping to prevent fatigue and accidents on the road.
