Supreme Court of Armenia
The Supreme Court of Armenia is the highest judicial authority in the country, responsible for ensuring the uniform application of laws and protecting the rights of citizens. It oversees the judicial system and has the power to review decisions made by lower courts.
Established in 1995, the court plays a crucial role in upholding the rule of law and maintaining justice in Armenia. The Supreme Court consists of a Chief Justice and several judges, who are appointed by the President of Armenia with the approval of the National Assembly.
