Sultan Idris Shah
Sultan Idris Shah was the 28th Sultan of Perak, a state in Malaysia. He reigned from 1887 until his death in 1916. Known for his efforts in modernizing Perak, he played a significant role in the development of infrastructure, education, and governance during British colonial rule.
He was also a prominent figure in the establishment of the Malayan Union and the Federated Malay States. Sultan Idris Shah was recognized for his commitment to the welfare of his people and his efforts to balance traditional leadership with modern administrative practices.
