Suggestive Question
A suggestive question is a type of inquiry that implies a particular answer or leads the respondent toward a specific response. These questions often contain assumptions or biases that can influence how someone answers. For example, asking, "Don't you think that exercise is essential for good health?" suggests that the respondent should agree with the statement.
In contrast to open-ended questions, suggestive questions can limit the range of responses. They are commonly used in various contexts, including surveys, interviews, and legal proceedings, where the goal may be to guide the conversation or elicit a desired reaction from the respondent.
