String Quartet No. 7 in F major, Op. 59, No. 1
String Quartet No. 7 in F major, Op. 59, No. 1 is a chamber music composition by Ludwig van Beethoven, completed in 1805-06. It is the first of three quartets commissioned by the Russian nobleman Count Joseph von Razumovsky, which is why they are often referred to as the Razumovsky Quartets.
This quartet is notable for its innovative structure and rich harmonic language. It consists of four movements: Allegro, Andante con moto, Scherzo, and Allegro.
