Static-X
Static-X is an American industrial metal band formed in 1994 in Los Angeles, California. Known for their unique sound that blends heavy metal with electronic elements, they gained popularity in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Their debut album, Wisconsin Death Trip, released in 1999, featured hits like "Push It" and helped establish their presence in the music scene.
The band's lineup originally included Wayne Static as the lead vocalist and guitarist, along with Tony Campos, Koichi Fukuda, and Ken Jay. After Wayne Static's passing in 2014, the band continued to perform and release new music, honoring his legacy while introducing new elements to their sound.
