State Military
A State Military refers to the armed forces that are organized, trained, and equipped by a sovereign state to defend its territory and interests. This includes various branches such as the army, navy, and air force, each responsible for different aspects of national defense. The primary role of a state military is to protect the nation from external threats and maintain internal security.
In addition to defense, state militaries may also engage in humanitarian missions, disaster relief, and peacekeeping operations. They operate under the authority of the government and are often subject to laws and regulations that govern their conduct, such as the Geneva Conventions.
