Star Formation Regions
Star Formation Regions are vast clouds of gas and dust in space where new stars are born. These regions are often found in areas of the universe known as molecular clouds, which are dense and cold enough to allow gravity to pull material together. As the gas and dust clump together, they can form protostars, the early stages of star development.
As protostars continue to gather mass, they heat up and eventually ignite nuclear fusion in their cores, becoming full-fledged stars. Star Formation Regions can also give rise to clusters of stars, which may share similar ages and chemical compositions, influencing the evolution of galaxies over time.
