Stage Managers
A stage manager is a key figure in theater and live performances, responsible for coordinating all aspects of a production. They ensure that everything runs smoothly, from rehearsals to the final performance. This includes managing the schedule, communicating with the cast and crew, and overseeing technical elements like lighting and sound.
During a show, the stage manager calls cues, which are signals for actors and technicians to execute their tasks at the right moment. They work closely with the director and other team members to maintain the artistic vision of the production while ensuring safety and efficiency on stage.
