Sri Raghavendra
Sri Raghavendra, also known as Raghavendra Swami, was a prominent 17th-century Hindu saint and philosopher. He is revered as a spiritual leader in the Dvaita tradition of Vaishnavism. Born in 1595 in Brahmavara, Karnataka, he is known for his deep devotion to Lord Vishnu and his teachings on spirituality and ethics.
He established the Raghavendra Math in Mantralayam, which serves as a pilgrimage site for his followers. Sri Raghavendra is celebrated for his miracles and contributions to the Bhakti movement, emphasizing the importance of faith and devotion in achieving spiritual enlightenment.
